Typography
Stickers/Tags
This project was part of our Typography course in our second semester of our first year. We had to create typography stickers. The project was designed for us to explore different ways to play with Type and Fonts. This also helped us start to think about Logo design – a class we would have in our first semester of our second year.
We started with hand drawing one of our initials in a variety of decorative fonts. From there we moved on to both of our initials and then mixing them together into monograms.

We played around with different designs for weeks and then we had to go back through all of our designs and pick our favourites or the designs we thought were the strongest to place on a sticker page to be printed and then cut out.
It was difficult to pick the final versions of the monogram or nicknames. The goal was to have a good variety in style on the final sticker sheet. I felt i achieved this by playing with both a nickname in some designs and my initials in others. On top of making them in different styles. The tag style was definitely my favourite to play around with!
